This product really looks genuine Samsung and works like it too. Hope it stays that way. The previous we bought from Amazon was non genuine, one quarter of the price but was total rubbish and packed up after only five weeks.

Slicker cover .. works very well almost better than the original

I got my new TV for the bedroom from another retailer ashoring me this remote would work, watched a few YouTube vids I should not have trusted said store, Steve also said it was blue tooth I just wanted to upgrade my TV to the 21st century. The voice remote is a great device as it works really well with my neighbour's TV he got in 2016, easy to set up and use. Took a minute from start to finish.

This is obviously not an original Samsung product. My original remote lasted 7 years, this made it toJust over 1 year before the buttons started to stick. It’s not cheap considering that most dupe remotes can be obtained for less than a tenner. I’ve had a year out of it but can’t help think I was ripped off.

Arrived 3 days late. Seems to work. Unsure it's really genuine as the coloured button to the right hand side below the mic button has an uneven transfer and the dots aren't aligned like the original official samsung controller
