NOT BUILT TO LAST . DO NOT BUY. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.
This review is written about 8 months after the 1 month return period. Since it's the type of item I only use twice a month I hoped I might get some satisfaction from either the seller (who passed me along to) or the manufacturer. WRONG. In maybe twenty uses one of the front swivel wheel assemblies fell off. The front wheels are factory installed with a strange bolt that couldn't be reinserted since no flat or Phillips head screwdriver fits it. Which really doesn't matter anyway, since the threads inside the frame have deteriorated to where the assembly, or any standard replacement, won't grip and stay in place. As I said, the cart may be 10 months old, but it's a joke that it only lasted around 20 grocery trips where my loads were never even half what the manufacturer claims it can carry. Manufacturer customer service replied once to ask if it was the wheel or the entire cart needing replacement. I've emailed them back four times over two weeks, but have never heard from them again. My last cart was treated more roughly, and lasted over five years. It has a nice size, but isn't built to last, even when 'babied', and customer service is a joke.

Great Customer Service from Narita Trading.
I did not check to see that the front wheels were secured tightly when I received it and lost one somewhere. I called the manufacturer/importer and they sent me a box of replacement wheels and other smaller parts. I can't say enough good about their customer service. As for the cart itself; it's the best I've ever owned. Here's a tip. Order a set of these to hold the cart firmly to the front of the supermarket's basket.Interdesign 06500 S Hook

Wheel fell off.
The wheel fell off after a year and cannot be replaced. When I first received the cart, the right front wheel vibrated a bit but not enough to worry me. Over the course of several months it became increasingly wobbly. I tried tightening the connection by threading the screws, but that only made the problem worse. Then the wheel fell completely off after 14 months. The thread screws and screws inside seem to be uneven; I cannot screw the good wheel into the open spot at all. I am disappointed because I paid the top price to have a cart that was sturdy and not tip-able, and in every other respect the cart fit that description.

YOU NEED A CART WHEN YOU ARE DISABLED AND NOT AS STURDY AS YOU USE TO BE!
WOULDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITHOUT MY CART! THE HEIGHT OF THE REAR WHEELS AND THE SWIVEL FRONT WHEELS MAKES IT EASIER TO GET THRU SNOW AND CHOPPY SIDEWALKS. I USE IT FOR GROCERIES, PACKAGES, LAUNDRY,AND GARBAGE- I CHANGE THE LINER BAGS ACCORDINGLY. THANK YOU FOR MAKING SUCH A CART!

OK carts, crappy customer service
I've posted this review on several other Easy Wheels carts, but this it is the model that I own. Maybe someone from the company will react to bad reviews on Amazon.I'm reviewed Narita Trading, not the carts. The carts appear to have extremely high quality components, though the one I bought from my local super market fell apart -- a wheel fell off -- after only a handful of uses. As the reviews of the various carts her attest, bad wheels, and difficult assembly contribute to poor experiences regardless of the brand or model. My issue is with the incredibly poor service provided by Norita. When the wheel fell off my cart, I sent them an email requesting a replacement. It the two intervening weeks, to date, has not responded in any way. I therefore now have to buy another cart after owning the Easy Wheels for only a few weeks.

THIS IS the One!! model 117.
This cart is the Best!! I use it to carry my bass guitar rig (amp, music stand, cords, etc.) on the bus to do gigs in downtown Seattle. I can also carry my tuba in it for same. I just got this one to replace one that had little 4 inch front wheels, that would get stuck on sidewalk cracks and i would do a flip over the top of the whole thing in the middle of the road, and get up cursing (to put it mildly!) It wasn't pretty. This one is a huge step up. Heavier all around, better handle position (i'm 5 feet 9), And most of all excellent wheels, both front and rear. The front wheels are heavy duty swivel and 5 inch diameter. You absolutely need 5 inch front wheels to deal with most roads and sidewalks. If you get a cart with 4 inch front wheels, you'll regret it. The rear wheels on this are huge, and very solid with a good rubber rolling surface. The swivel front wheel are necessary to deal with maneuvering on the bus. The only cart to get! Yes, it's a bit heavier than some, but it needs to be. Get it.
