2HP 3450 RPM 56C Frame Air Compressor 60Hz 208-230 Volts 3 Phase Electric Motor

I bought this for my Step dad who lives in Puerto Rico. I was happy to see that this seller correctly recognized Puerto Rico as part of the US and not a foreign country allowing to ship this to him. My step dad has a makeshift outdoor entry elevator to get to the second floor living area as most of the homes in PR are built on high off the ground floor. He runs the elevator using a aircompressor motor. After 16 years, his motor died on him. This motor was a perfect replacement. He looked all over the island and couldn't find it. Used this for a DIY air compressor setup with a 2HP pump from harbor freight. It works great, be noted 2HP is going to pull 15A minimum, make sure your breaker can handle that if running 110V

I purchased the motor, installed it, and used it three or four times. Five weeks after I installed it, It simply stopped working. It won’t even turn. The motor was replacing one that lasted 15 years. They refused to return it. You get what you pay for I suppose.

I purchased this motor to go with my Diktator Max 2 x 72 belt grinder kit. Saved me a few hundred dollars installing and wiring the motor myself. Couldn't have been easier. Really excellent quality and super quiet. Very happy with my purchase.

The motor is working really good on our grinder. Used with a vid for variable speed control.

This item is exactly as described, price is right and works great on my 4 cubic foot cement mixer.

Motor works as advertised, but the totally enclosed part is not quite totally. The wire connections box on the motor are sealed with rubber gaskets. These do not seal 100% and I had to silicone spots as there are vents to the armature in the box.
