My eight year old grandson put this up on Christmas Day and played steadily through the holidays. It worked exactly as described, though we were pleasantly surprised by the quick ball returns and the additional skills necessary to catch the returns and fire another shot. This is a good toy.

I recently had an issue with one of the parts on this item. I sent an email to the company on Sunday afternoon, they responded first thing Monday morning and the issue was resolved the next day. I was very impressed with their quick response and fantastic customer service and would not hesitate to order another Franklin Sports item in the future.

First let me say to be careful with everything and don't just throw it together without checking instructions. We broke the piece that allows the net to connect to return ball machine so I had to improvise with a shoelace. It worked but it would look better had we not messed up the connector piece. The ball return shoots out the ball far so you don't need to be close. It shoots it hard so be careful standing right in front. Now the plus side of that is it likely will cause a few laughs. The first time we tested it my daughter was standing right in front and the ball hit her in the face. Not hard enough to really hurt but hard enough we were all laughing hysterically. The score counter doesn't work as well as I'd like since it often doesn't seem to cause the metal pin to compress when the ball passes through. This was a Christmas gift and has gotten a lot of use by my Kid's and still works well from a launching the ball perspective. very solid overall construction and the battery lasts a long time before replacement is needed. It is very stiff so not a dunking type indoor hoop like the older cheaper nerf style. Great purchase that I'd buy again.

Very durable as I have it to my nephew and he is tough on it. It is noisy but what kid wouldn’t make it noisy? Ha! The design is great!

We have been using another product that wasn't meant to last, so I picked this up for my son. If all you're going to do is use the ball feeding system, than this product is for you. Keep in mind that you'll probably have to stock up on C batteries, and deal with some noise that gets louder and louder until it feeds the ball back to you (it doesn't shoot hard enough to come straight back to you). The big thing that disappointed me is that you can't just remove the ball feeding system (you have to remove the rubber band from the bottom of the net that attaches to the feeding system). Kind of sounds like I have more cons than pros, but that's my opinion and I'm not the primary user!

First, this only hangs on the outside of doors (I.e. it won’t fit if you are trying to hang it with a door stopper at the top of the door frame). And the height is not adjustable, as the mechanism immediately failed. Second, and perhaps most importantly, the motor is incredibly weak and will not “return” the ball. Rather, the wheels inside come to a halt when the ball is in the chute making it incredibly frustrating to retrieve the ball. Third, the score board and “announcer” isn’t worth it. We tried turning that feature off in an attempt to give the return motor more “oomf” and couldn’t figure out how to even do that. I would say the volume (which is NOT adjustable) isn’t terribly loud, so that would have been a plus for us... but generally not worth it. Overall, this was a waste of money. My poor kiddo was so excited for this on Christmas morning and here we are, two days after Christmas, with the toy sitting on the porch waiting for UPS to pick it up and return it back to Amazon.

Purchased for my grandsons birthday I'm sure they will love it!

I purchased this for my 13 yr old daughter who play competitive basketball on a club team. She loves it and spends so much time jumping around in her room dunking and shooting. My 17 yr old son loves it too and I catch him sneaking in to play even when his sister is not home. Buy it! You won't regret it. Keeps kids active in their room and off their phones!

Super easy to use. Hours of fun for the kids. Comes with one ball but we use other balls as well. Highly recommended. Even my five year old can use it. Shorter kids need help reaching the on/off switch.

A pesar de ser un poco pesado queda bien sobre la puerta. dos detalles a mejorar, 1- menos sonido del motor ya que al girar hace mucho ruido y 2- mejor calidad del balón ya que se descarapela con cada enceste, apenas son dos semanas y no hay rastro del exterior original del balón.
