I purchased this iron supplement because my GP recommended it by name along with a couple of others. I have to take acid reflux meds that interfere with absorbing certain vitamins. I have not retested yet to see if my levels have gone up but I do feel like I have more energy since starting it so I think it is working. I was told I did not have to take this one with vitamin c which may be part of it but this one does not hurt my stomach like the other two I have had in the past. It is also a smaller capsule than they were and says to take it with a meal. That’s nice since I can’t take iron on a empty stomach anyway. Seems to be a better fit for me than other iron supplements.

Iron is easy on stomach , no issues using unlike many other brands of Iron Supplements. Has no taste or aftertaste. Works great . Could tell the difference within a few days.

Got these for my teen daughter who has low iron. The iron tablets we’ve bought her in the past from big-box stores bothered her stomach & she could not take them. These don’t seem to bother her tummy at all. Plus with the added iron, she no longer feels sluggish. Will continue to buy these for her.

I took the two 50mg capsules a day per my dr. They helped bring my ferritin up in range. Im very sad these 50mg capsules are no longer available. I had to go with a different brand now since the others are to low of a mg. I personally dont want to take liquid. Capsules are easier for me. Really wish they would become available again );

There's so many different types of iron, and everyone reacts different. This one doesn't hurt my stomach at all, but it does cause slight constipation for me. Nothing serious, definitely keeping it in my rotation and going to finish the bottle. I mix this with 3 arrows heme iron right now, and vitamin C, on empty stomach and sometimes take a digestive enzyme... Really trying to get my ferritin up, and get feeling better. Gona retest my levels soon.. Hoping this helps. I'll finish this bottle, but most likely will try a few others before I'd re-order this one. 3 arrows heme gives me no constipation.. but I've heard mixing heme, and non heme can be beneficial for some.

Super easy to swallow and no bad taste or smell.

Improved iron level without causing the side effects normally associated with iron supplements.

Pills were easy for my son to swallow. He said it was kinda yuck, but his blood tests came back and his levels are back to normal!
