I love them but they got a few issues
Sound quality is about what I would expect from these they sound very good to me at least. Since these are a Stay Aware design there's no Noise Cancelation but that does mean these are fantastic for work I can hear what people are saying and still have a bud in. Battery life is fantastic mine for some reason last a full 8 hours on one earbud. Now nit picks are going to be that they wiggle around too much in the case and that causes one to connect when you don't want it to, another nit pick for me is if both earbuds are connected and not by choice and you walk away from the case with one bud in it doesn't disconnect the one bud, last but not least I've had issues off and on with them staying connected to my phone.

Edit from 4 to 1 star: broke after about 4 weeks.
My original review is below. I changed from 4 to 1 star because the adjustable ear hook broke after about 4 weeks. These ear hooks have a wire inside so you can mold them as needed. Unfortunately, you need to do that a lot, because the way they fit your ear is not the way they fit into the charging case. After about 4 weeks of taking them off, adjusting the hook to fit into the case, then re-adjusting when I put them back on, the moldable wire in one of them broke in the middle so I can no longer adjust them. It's not worth trying another pair because this will always be a weak point in the design, and I'm not willing to risk that a new pair will last only a little longer, and then I won't be able to return them. These can be great, or awful. It will depend on what you're looking for in a pair of earbuds, and most importantly how they fit your ear. So, choose a seller where these are fulfilled by Prime/Amazon, that way you can easily return them.1) The sound quality is fine, and there are 3 built in equalizer profiles.2) Size: Large. No one will not notice these. That comes with better controls/buttons than most competitors though3) Fit: This is one of the main problems. The part that goes in your ear is one-size-fits-all. They don't give you any different sized tips to use. This is a main reason I said prepare to return3-B) Fit part 2: These don't seal in your ear. Skull Candy says this it its "Stay Aware Feature", but that might just be their marketing spin for not having great fit & multiple tip options. Tips are easy, if they wanted "Stay Aware", they should still have given tips so people can choose. As with any earbuds that don't seal, the sound quality isn't as good.4) Controls: This was a main reason I purchased-- full controls on both sides. Volume, skip song, power, voice assistant, answer/hang up calls.5) Battery: Fine, as advertised, and you can quick charge and get 1.5-2 hours out of a 10-15 minute charge.6) Case/Battery pack: Awful. It's very big, so it's not going to fit nicely in any pockets. For a lot of women's clothes with tiny pockets, it just won't fit. Also the part of these that goes over your ear can get in the way and stop the battery from charging, so you sometimes have to move it move it around to get these to charge. (it flexes to whatever shape your want) You'll know when you're good because you'll feel the magnet have a good hold.

Pairing can be a struggle, but comfortable and sound reasonable enough
I find these earbuds to be very comfortable and they form the best seal for this style of ear tip from other earbuds. They cancel out a little too much noise for me to wear both while walking on roads, I thought there was a passthrough mode but there isn't. Sound is bass heavy, but sounds good. They stay in my ears well. The buttons are easy to use.Pairing with these can be somewhat of an ordeal. They sometimes pair automatically, but they usually don't. I find myself needing to pair them in settings before every use. Especially if you want to only use one bud, I think you have to take out both and then put the one you don't want back into the case. You can't wander too far from your device without losing connection, but I haven't had issues with connection with my device nearby. The case itself can charge wirelessly or with a USB-C cable. Whoever decided to put the rubbery coating on the case should be fired. Expect your case to become a huge lint/hair magnet. The upside is that it isn't slippery and shouldn't fall out of your pocket. You will also have to move the hook around to get each bud to charge. You will know they are connected from a light that will flash when they are seated. There is also a positive magnetic feel. These are worth the price only because it is difficult to find earbuds that are both not in the ear canal and have the hook. These are comfortable and sound nicely, which make up for the other shortcomings.

No thank you
I really really wanted to like these, I wanted to be a Skullcandy fan again but these let me down.Main problem was the right ear bud could not fit right. I tried for a while. Left one fit well and gave a good seal and was comfortable. The right sound hole (idk what else to call it) wouldn't sit in my ear canal, it would hit the outside part of my ear and would make it sore.Second gripe, the adjustable ear hooks. I thought this was such a good idea and enjoyed getting a nice fit on my ear. Due to the short battery life I needed to put the buds in the charger. I had to change the custom ear hook shape so they could fit in the charger. How. Annoying. I would have to fudge around with the ear hoons every time I took it out of the case.Last problem was the connection. This was the nail in the coffin. The ear buds randomly dropped audio from my phone multiple times. I could understand if my phone was far away but at one instance it was in my pocket 2ft from the buds.Don't buy it. I ignored the negative reviews bc I had such a good experience with Skullcandy before. Unfortunately these were a let down.
