Grandson loves it, but in all honesty loves all trains. Seems like was a good buy so far, came in a nice case vs typical cardboard box.

The engine is pretty heavy and feels very sturdy. The rest of the cars are very light plastic. The rechargeable battery is appreciated and usingwater for the smoke is great.The wheels on the cars aren't secured very well and we have gotten pretty good at putting it back together.Even though the tracks are made of light plastic they have already lasted longer than some of the other train sets we have. But that is to be expected for the $50 price tag. It would be a good train if the price dropped a bit, right now its just ok.

Terrible product. Do not buy. It will not ride on the tracks and is built so cheaply you will be sending it back right away.

I was not happy with the train set. It was bought for a 4 year old but quickly learned it was too intricate to operate for a child. The engine has 2 sets of wheels centered it that causes the engine to rock which in turn causes the cars hooked to it to come off the tracks and come unhooked.I could go on and on but the bottom line is this train was not child tested before sale.

Didnt even get to put the train together as it was damaged upon arrival which prevented it. The packaging (a clear sterilite storage container) is what damaged the train as there is no protection for the trains components while they get thrown against the hard plastic container throughout the shipping process. Honestly It really is a great train but the gamble is receiving one that is not damaged. Would I order this again? Absolutely, but if only the packaging was switched to a more traditional packaging to protect the product and not thrown inside of a plastic container meant for storage. Other than that it is pretty great quality.

The train is adorable unfortunately the container the train came in was broken and i had to purchase another storage container due to my anniversary coming up and it wouldn't have arrived in time for a replacement. Other then that my fiance loves his toy train! Its so cute and it really fullfilled his childhood dream of having a train.
