Milk Thistle seems to work very well. I take 6 before bed and the following day is much easier. I have plenty of energy all day, it’s incredible.

No after taste or burping, so I’d say very good.

I have taken standard milk thistle in the past but this formula (with lipids) has given me amazing results on my lab tests. In 4 weeks after starting this product my ALT dropped from 43 to 26 and my AST from 39 to 18. Then after 16 more weeks the ALT dropped to 15 and the AST to 18. I am not a doctor or medical person so this is just my opinion. But I do feel strongly this product has made a difference.

Received the item a few months ago & stored it properly until needed. Opened the bottle just recently, when I ran out of my previous different Milk Thistle product & all the gel caps were stuck together in a solid lump. Tried to separate them for several days with no luck. Don't know how or why this happened, but won't be buying another.

used this for years but developed an allergic reaction so had to stop. restored my liver back to health twice. the return of the product after developing the allergy was an event fraught with stress and difficulty.
