We have ordered this tool a few times as tile setters. The quality for price and size is unmatched. We use these often. Assembly is simple and the blades are good and sharp.

This thing is amazing. First of all, I got it on sale. I didn't need one this large but the price was unbeatable, so I bought it. It showed up here in Hawaii and I was shocked that they could even ship this beast for the price I paid, much less make it! And it WORKS! Extremely well. In fact it cut a cleaner edge than a tile saw that a friend loaned me. There was actually less tiny surface chipping than the saw. Anyway, I was cutting 12x24" tiles for a new kitchen floor and it came out beautifully. I never wasted a single tile due to this tool, and I was cutting some very thin pieces off on my last row of tiles. Like, around 1/2".. it still snapped off cleanly! Buy this thing.

Bought new. Sold/shipped by Amazon. Arrived early. No assembly instructions but fairly straightforward to get together (looked at pics from ad). Included tools to assemble. Didn’t include front handle seen in photos (don’t care). A side note, you may think the wheel hardware is too big, it is not. The paint got into the threads slightly so just start the screws slowly and they’ll go in. I might just take the wheels off as the unit is fairly hefty but not too heavy to carry by the rail. Laser works, but not aligned with cutting wheel out of the box. Alignment instructions are in the pamphlet it came with but I won’t be using the laser. Unit feels robust. One of the reasons I bought this was for the single rail design, opposed to the dual tube rail design. Cutting arm is fluid, and the wheel scored nicely, requiring very little pressure. Just a mild tap on the handle and my first 12x24 tile was cut perfectly. The front fence piece where your tile butts up to can be adjusted to square up your cuts, it has the wiggle room to do so. Extra cutting wheel was included. Overall nice unit, I can’t imagine the box store cutters being nicer for this price ($95 for 32inch) and from what I’ve seen it would be difficult to find this style of cutter with the single rail cutting guide. I’ll update if something changes but so far I’m pleased

This continues to happen to my deliveries its extremely frustrating. When I went to start my work with tiles, I opened the package to find that the reservoir was damaged. Very heavy item to have to go return, I'm dreading this.

Worked great for cutting 48" by 48" porcelain tiles. The laser was very helpful.

It definitely needs alignment right out of the box. If you’re a DIY person then it’s ok for projects, but not for professionals.
