Perfect for what I what and so light weight it's easy to put together and to use

I bought mine at £70.04., I would consider a low risk price point for power washers.The good: price, fast delivery via DPD, easy to put together even though no instructions on assembly. Everything fits onto the unit apart from the nozzles. Good cable storage, wind on pressure hose. Removed moss and muck off patio.The ok: power ok but not as powerful as a K4 which it is supposed to be. Lightweight lance and attachments.The bad: topples easily. Not easy to unattach the nozzles. Extension lance bends a bit. The patio cleaner is small and not particularly powerful.Conclusion: Good value at the price point how long lasting to be determined.Recommendation: At £70 good value and does the job, although AVA, Karcher it is not but it is a third of the price.

Poor, poor quality. Purchased in march 22, probably used it less than 10 times. Just went to use it today 16/3/25, trigger housing, pissing out water. Tried replacing the o rings, no joy. Water also pissing out of the inlet valve, changed the valve, chopped of a bit of hose to make a better fit, reconnected, water still pissing out.Lots of accessories come with it, work well, it’s just the unit is poorly made

What a good little pressure washer for the money. I brought this for cleaning my car, after owning several well known brand over the years I did think a lot a out buying this as usually you get what you pay for. In the end I decided to take the risk knowing that I might regret it, it as I only need a washer to clean my car I couldn't justify spending too much. Used this today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised, I spent time putting it together carefully making sure not to over tighten things and it paid off. No leaks at all easy to change to different fittings and just the right pressure for a car in my opinion, you don't need to be able to strip paint. Well worth the money for what it is, just remember that it isn't a professional machine and great it as such and hopefully it will last.

purchased 29th January last year 23, part now cracked and cannot find spare parts. Good washer but , if it cracks after just over a year ,not so good . please help

I originally bought the jet-wash some two years ago and it worked very well. However, about a month ago water started gushing out of the pistol grip in the trigger area.I messaged New Trend, the sellers, and asked about purchasing a replacement pistol grip. They asked me what the problem was and asked me to send them a photo of it.After receiving the photo, they sent me a replacement pistol grip - absolutely free. This was after two years of frequent use (and possibly abuse). Marvellous after-sales service, and therefore highly recommended.Barry Shaw.

Really poor to non existent assembly instructions and user manual. The video available via the QR code suggests there is a built in detergent bottle but this is not the case the video is also not very helpful. Contrary to product description there is nowhere to place the detergent. Would not recommend. There's better brands within this price range. I have returned this product as not fit for purpose.
