Awesome used to buy in Hawaiian store years ago. Couldn’t find any anymore until I found it online.

I used these shrimp yo make Pad Thai. They worked well in the dish, however the seafood taste was very strong. Using half of what the recipe calls for is perfect, unless a strong flavor is what uou need. The package is sturdy and airtight upon arrival and easily reseals in my meal sealer. I will purchase these again!

Tastes good and the size is good, but costs a lot for a small amount. Should have bought it at 99.

This is only good for fish food. Can't taste it because I don't eat legs, scales, or vein. In advertisement pic they look deveined and no tails. Wanted it for soups, but 90% still had legs, scales, veins and none of them rehydrate in the slightest. My money was stolen under the cloaked "non-returnable" policy.

I use dried shrimp for the flavor of my gumbo and this tastes great.

Tried on a whim, thinking it was a snack. Was not what I expected as far as taste. Good for cooking, but not as a snack.
