Q: after many uses will the light emited wear off or become dimmer over time?

To be honest, I regret actually buying this item because it really doesn't work as well as it is advertised to work. If you hold it up next to a bright light for 30 minutes it might stay bright for about 5 minutes and it'll become very dim to not even noticeable in about 20 minutes. Don't even waste your money it's a $25 glowstick.

Q: How long does the glow last ?

Not long. Probably like 30-45 minutes but even when it's fully charged the light it produces is barely visible and pretty much worthless. When I bought it I thought: "well I'll use it to find my keys in the dark" but it doesn't even work for that. Specially taking into account that after sundown you have 45 minutes to get your keys "lost".Don't buy it. Find something else.

Q: Is there a tritium vial that can be substituted or easily placed into this frame?

Yes but you have to purchase from a third party. I went to the TecAccessories website and followed a link from there to get my titanium fob with a trit already installed.

Q: Someone wrote this is not the tritium version but the tec website says this is the Embrite superbrite version. Which is this?

To be honest it's junk barely ever glows
