Couldn't find a b complex anywhere its like everyone had everything in it instead of just B and B is what makes my hair grow and without B its just not going to grow at all, course I want long hair so when i was snooping around as usual in companies i have bought from before and saw there was B complex i grabbed it, now the other ones i have seen in stores are liquid and this is powder which is very interesting but it seems to work a heck of a lot better than the liquid and that just does not make sense to me at all! Then again what did i expect this company hasn't failed me yet! It doesn't have a nasty after taste or give you the burps or anything like that and its small enough that it does not get stuck in the back of your throat! Best part is it is vegan, that isnt the best part for me the best part is it's B!

I take B complex vitamins as a regular dietary supplement so these are something I am used to . As in most natural vitamins, there is a bit of an odor when you open the bottle, but that is to be expected. They are capsules so take with a lot of water . When I don't they tend to get stuck in my throat but that's with all capsules. As for how well they work, I cannot say good or bad. I have been taking b-complex vitamins for a while so they are part of my life. It will take a while to see a difference but I believe you will. As for value, these are great! There are 90 in the bottle and I take 1 a day. Great deal! Great supplement! Great all around!

3 stars cuz my Oncology Hematology Doc , after I told him I got these said it's not going to hurt you but I don't recommend these if lab work comes back ok as mine did ! Haven't been taking long enough to tell if I have more energy . Been Anemic a few times and the Vitron C with iron I also ordered he said to take 1 a day , won't hurt and may keep you from going Anemic .. I think all doctors feel this way but if it's not going to hurt my labs and it may give me more energy , go for it . I will write another review after I've taken these longer . I'm pretty good at accessing my health issues.... Broke back 2 times , 5 heart attacks at 46, 1998 with emergency bypass , 2002 stroke with emergency surgery on 99 % blocked corroded , 2014 Cancer , 2014 major heart attack , 2015 stroke , and the list goes on . But I'm doing great , move a little slow cause I'm 64 now but do my yard work , car , mower repair, help others , etc.To much right , lol .

I purchased this for 2 reasons...1) I love the brand and 2) The Doctor ordered me to. Recently went to an appointment and my Lupus Dr explained to me that my vitamin B levels were very low and suggested the B-Complex. As I have mentioned here before I do have lupus so vitamins and supplements play a very important part in being healthy and keeping a flare at bay. This B-Complex is just what i needed. I immediately started taking them when they arrived in the mail. When i go back to the Dr. next month I am hoping that all my levels will be normal and i can continue on with my life, such as it is. Great Vitamin!!!

I have been using the B-Complex vitamin for quite some time. I feel that it gives me energy throughout the day and feel the lack of it on a day that I didn't take it. It is also known in general the importance of B vitamins for energy. What's so special about Zahler's is that it has the "time-release" option which helps that the energy be distributed throughout the day.Thanks again,

This is a high quality supplement. If anyone knows anything about B12 you know there are a few different forms. 1 being made with cynide. Some are better for you and better absorbed. This has methylated B12 which is the best form. I love that it's a complex and has other Bvitamins which are super important for over all health. The pills are a little large with a slight smell but nothing major. I had no issues with these pills at all and very pleased with the quality and price. Zahler has become one of my favorite supplement brands. They are always affordable and high quality! Will purchases again!

I purchased these bioactive B vitamins after a medical lab test showed that my body was not processing & absorbing regular B vitamin supplements.  They are an excellent price point, and I like that they are partially time released.  I showed them to my doctor, who confirmed that these are a great choice for me.  After taking them for four weeks, my stress level has significantly decreased, and I will continue to use this product in the future.

I ordered this product because it is timed released and easily absorbed by our bodies.. B vitamins are easily depleted as they are water soluble. They also give you more pills for the value... They took awhile to arrive for some reason, but overall.. as far as I can tell so far.. they seem to be a good product, fairly priced and of high quality.
