Rolled Barley Flakes 2 Pounds Non-GMO Bulk, Product of USA, Mulberry Lane Farms

Cooks in 20 minutes and my stomach feels happy. Barley is certainly good for people with diabetes, cholesterol and obesity and what not. I was purchasing the RedMill Barley flakes for quite a long time. But for past 2/3 months i couldnt get it anywhere in store and even online. So i decided to search for other brands and found this wonderful product. Compared to redmill barley flakes i think this one cooks faster and also have a very great taste. I am glad I found this and going to recommend to my friends too. Thank you 'Mulberry Lane Farms' !

I wanted to try these since I was tired of all the off the shelf cereals and the added sugars.I would say that I was pleasantly surprised. These taste good and can be substituted for rice if you are trying to stay away from rice.Plus the quantity is also nice for the price. Good value for money.Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

Arrived promptly , packaging intact - awesome porridge and baking muffins with it. NIce change from oatmeal.

What I was looking for.

I bought the barley because Stephen Harrod Buhner, in one of my favorite herbal medicine books, 'Herbal Antivirals' , stated that livestock, when fed a combination of oats & barley have a lot fewer illnesses, so I've been adding barley to my oatmeal.I have been getting sick less often lately but don't know how much of that is due to the barley, as I take other herbs & have been keeping to myself a lot more lately. except for my wife.The reason that I only gave the barley 3 stars is that it & all other rolled barley that I could find, is so stinking expensive, & I know that it it's not expensive to grow, seems like price gouging to me.

Flavor is much better than oatmeal. Nice sort of hefty, nuttiness.
