MarukanSeasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar, 1 Gallon (Pack of 1)

This is my go to brand for Rice Vinegar. Many times food will need a little push to help it shine and Marukan has helped fill that need. I find that it comes in handy and discreetly in surprising dishes. As a low sodium mandated dieter, I'm constantly looking to up the flavor of my dishes. Marukan is a fantastic addition. Excellent by itself with a little black pepper, or in salad dressings, on fish, shellfish and anything light and refreshing. Have used it for years and the consistency never wavered. In my experience as a Chef, there is one brand I trust, Marukan.

Rice vinegar is crazy expensive in the store, if you can even find it, and if you can find it outside those tiny joke jars that you get an exorbitant price on. Even "regular" bottles are priced at dumb.These double-order bottles make me fee free, even as a frugal person, to use rice vinegar without sweating the price.Unseasoned flavor is fine nice and light, easy enough to actually drink down if you believe drinking vinegar is healthy. I'll sometimes drink down left-over rice-wine vinegar dressings just for the taste of the herbs ad spices I mixed it with. It's not caustic or spicy enough in any way to turn me off from that, and makes fora salad dressing all by itself, no oil needed, and virtually zero-calorie.That's a lot of benefit in one product and at such a cheap price. I eat a big lunch salad every day and it takes me forever to get through a single gallon

I've grown tired of ACV and this is a tasty vinegar, the right strength, and affordable in bulk. No off flavors, wonderful to add a splash to create zong or make a tasty vinaigrette.

This is my go to. It goes on nearly every dinner, on all rice on most salads and to add some acid to most veggies. I am just an average guy with a small family and I have gone through 3 of these bottles. I wouldn't get another brand and have never been disappointed .

I love this in Asian soups. I keep two smaller containers filled. Very tasty stuff! I have a lifetime supply.

J'achète souvent du vinaigre de riz, la date pour le consommer est habituellement d'environ 2 ans. Ces bouteilles vont expirer dans 1 an seulement. J'en ai acheté plusieurs, je n'aurai pas le temps de toutes les consommer.
