This worked perfectly in my sewer hose compartment

Full-time RVer for 15 years. Rhino brand hoses are all we use. We noticed that the connector fittings seem to have changed just a smidge from our older Rhino hoses because there were leaks at the connections when we first added the new section.We minimized the problem by not opening the tank valve fully (preventing "full blast" pressure) until things were running smoothly. Then we opened the valve all the way. After several weeks of using the old and new portions together, the leaks stopped happening at the beginning of the dump process. Not thinking about why. Just glad they did. LOLIf you are setting up a completely new set of Rhino hoses and connections, you probably won't have any leak problem at all. Like I said, Rhino is the only brand we use.Happy camping!
