Got this for my new coffee machine very good deal

Unfortunately the item only worked the first time and then would not work. The item is in process to be returned and refunded.

I am so freekin disappointed in this product. It does not work properly. The coffee sachets bursts inside the compartment and makes a mess, it's temperament and works when it feels like. I want my money back. Do not buy this product people, you are just wasting your money. For the past week I have not had my morning cappuccino as this product has stopped working. The red lights comes and it doesn't matter what i do it doesn't work, I've stopped trying.

Just awaiting confirmation or some kind of proof of the 3yr guarantee I bought.

Can't really see too much about this as you just print it off at home. But worth getting the cover for the coffee maker I bought as a Christmas gift in case the recipient has any issues with it.
