our favorite high protein pasta. i don’t always love eating pasta because it is high carb and not a lot of protein. however my boyfriend is italian and a really big fan so this is a great alternative we eat this with homemade pesto at least once a week!

Best Gluten Free Protein Pasta
If you have been searching for a gluten free pasta, this is very good, has almost the same texture as regular pasta.However, if you don't have gluten sensitivities (I personally do not) and are just looking for a protein pasta, I would suggest the Barilla Protein pasta. Same amount of calories and protein, and I cant tell the difference from regular pasta, even thought it contains chickpeas and other bean products.Either way, it is a decent choice. Cook it for a lot less time than reg pasta and watch closely, or it will break apart and is not pleasant
