Seltzer's Sweet Lebanon Bologna 12 Oz (4 Pack)

Good protection in delivery.

I grew up in Pennsylvania and ate this all the time. However, I live far from Pennsylvania in a state that only sells this at one market that is a far drive for me. Being able to order this and have it delievered to my door is wonderful. It was still cold when it arrived. This is the best Lebanon Bologna ever.

I grew up in Northeastern PA in the fifties and sixties and I LOVED Summer Sausage. Loved it. It's not often you can revisit favorite foods SIXTY years later and have them taste the same. This is Summer Sausage (what it was called back then) and it's GO GOOD. The only difference is that this is more thickly sliced, not a big deal (though I'd love it even more sliced the old way. It's shipped via US Mail in such a way that it arrived here in Texas, via Priority Mail, still cold. Cold, not cool - and the temps outside are in the 90s. I very highly recommend and I hope these guys keep going. You canNOT find anything like this anywhere else. Thank you Seltzer's!

Was glad when I found this offered. I order it every year. Its well packed but I still try to order when it won't be too warm in case I'm not home when delivered. I live in Arizona I LOVE sweet bologna as does one of my grandsons. It brings back fond memories of when the butcher would drive his truck to my grandma's in PA and I always got a slice from him.

Just a little pricey, but great taste. Reminds me of the German bologna I ate as a kid in Germany.

This is my 3rd time to order this in about a year. I miss living in SE PA, where I could buy this every week at the grocery store!! This is the next best thing--and they pack it with care--in a well-insulated box with several ice packs. This time, I was concerned because of the heat. I ordered this on June 21, and was concerned when it hadn't arrived on Monday, June 27th. But, it was delivered this morning, June 28th, and after unpacking the carefully insulated box, I found the ice packs were liquid, but the bologna was still cool! So, I put it right in the freezer. These freeze well, and I can take them out whenever I choose. This is the most delectable sweet lebanon bologna you'll ever taste! Even made it here in the heat of summer, intact! LOVE IT. My family enjoys the slices individually spread with soft cream cheese, and rolled up--YUM! It's a real treat!

They really do make the best Lebanon bologna in my opinion. The flavor is sweet but not overpowering and is good for a quick snack on its own or with cheese, etc. I would have given this 5 stars but it did have a bit of a smoky flavor that I didn't remember or expect.
