I have a 2020 Ford Mustang EcoBoost, and I put a 3” custom exhaust with SLP “resonators” on my Mustang about two weeks before I got this little resonator. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much since my exhaust setup had quite a bit of drone on the freeway. I had my local exhaust shop install this resonator, and after they put it on and I drove it. I was impressed with the sound. It got rid of like 60-70% of the drone, and I still have that loud volume I love from my Mustang. But it’s not so loud that I can’t have a conversation in my car like before. Definitely scoop this up if you want a loud exhaust but want to eliminate most of the drone!

I painted mine with ceramic matte black. Works best when put within an exhaust system. 12 inches or more of pip afterwards for best results. 5/5 will buy again for another bike. Had this for a year now. I bolted mine with 5/16" self tapping metal screws cause ai have no welder. Tight fitting, Sounds 👍 👌

Very ice quality but I have a G 37 full bolt on headers resonated test pipes ISRY pipe that I added to resonators deny our single exit all the way out the back has a built-in resonator in the kit, and it was still a little loud for my liking so I added this little muffler right before the ISR muffler in the back, but it actually made it louder a little bit of rasp that was there is gone, but now I have a lot of drone

I bought a 2018 Mustang GT with active exhaust, which sounded pretty good as is. But I wanted more of an old school muscle sound so I replaced the factory resonator with an h-pipe. Thay lowered the tone but made it a bit too loud for my taste and was raspy in the higher rpms. I bought 2 of these "mufflers" and put them in the middle of my h-pipe and I have finally achieved my perfect exhaust note. It brought it down a little deeper, took the volume down a smidge, and no more high end raspe. And with 304 steel I won't have to worry about them rusting out. One thing to note, one end is slightly larger than the other. I could fit one end perfectly over my 2.5 pipe, but the other end I had to butt up. No big deal but would have been way easier and more air tight sliding both ends together.

I'm giving this 3 stars because it looks like a solid piece, and because I'm familiar with the brand. I specifically ordered this resonator because I liked it the most out of the select resonators that would arrive on time. I'm supposed to have my car into the shop this morning along with my parts. However, upon recieving my resonator I realized it's probably not going to work. Either the description for the part I ordered is wrong or just REALLY poorly worded. I plan on checking in with the shop in the morning, and then probably taking the drive I was trying to avoid to get the part I need for my vehicle. I had a feeling that I should have checked with the seller about the ID/OD as I have a very busy week at work and desperately needthiswork done. But I felt pretty confident with my interpretation and I didn't have much time to order. I will acknowledge that much as my fault. If you're pressed for time: Don't make the same mistake I did.

Got them a week earlier than expected. Very high quality welds and overall feel. Can't wait to get them put on.

Use for quiet down my exhaust. Didn’t do much. Still loud.

I am running two of these on my engine swap to an inline six diesel. Before It was a dual in to a dual out muffler to a Y pipe. The stock muffler was gigantic and heavy. I installed these in its place and joined up to the Y pipe and shaved 25 Lbs of weight off the truck and they silence almost as good with a nice grumble at idle. No drone in my case... They are made very nice, you cannot beat the price either.

Had a 3” turbo back straight pipe on my genesis and it was just a little bit too loud and not in a good way. The short little 3” in 3” out I bought quieted her down just enough and added a much nicer tone. Good product quality at a reasonable price.
