Giloy gives all day focused energy. I take a teaspoon before eating, and another teaspoon in mid-afternoon. Caveat: Ayurvedic docs warn that Giloy loses it’s effectiveness if taken daily. They recommend once or twice a week. I am reluctantly cutting back to their recommendation, doing Monday and Thursday. I have AML, and have profoundly low red, white, and platelet counts. Since starting Giloy 2 weeks ago, I increased white count from .07 to 1.7. I increased platelets from 22K to 55K.(I also added Nettle tea to boost platelets). Highly recommend this tree of life.

I received the product 1 month before expiration date. It must have been sitting on the self for a while. I cannot drink the whole bottle in 1 month.
