Q: How well do the stones stack?

I have not stacked them as I intend to use them for a border, but if you make them level they should stack well.

Q: How long does the concrete need to be in the mold before you can remove the stone?

First, this is not one big sheet of 4 molds. They come as 4 separate pieces. They are large and take a 60 pound bag to fill the 4 of them.Depending on your mix and the weather, I leave mine in the mold for about 18 hours. expect some to crack in half
