Excellent collection of 9 mushrooms and herbs. Bit pricey.
All the ingredients are certified organic, although not USDA nor any other official body. The ingredients are noteworthy and impressive: Lions Mane Mushroom, Ginko, Gelatinized Maca, Cordyceps Mushroom, Ceremonial Grade Matcha, Cacao, Red Reishi Mushroom, Turkey Tail Mushroom and 7,8-Dihydroxyflavone. (Perhaps the only unusual/unknown ingredient is the 7,8-Dihydroxyflavone. "7,8-Dihydroxyflavone (7,8-DHF, tropoflavin) is a naturally occurring type of flavonoid that is found in some plants in the genus Sophora. It has a number of reported uses including as an anti-inflammatory agent, antioxidant, anxiety reducer and sleep aid." It has been found to benefit cognitive/neurological functions.)There's 500mg per capsule of this Proprietary Nootropics Blend, with the suggested serving of 4 capsules/day. I already consume almost all those ingredients within my daily supplement regimen, with the exception of the Dihydroxyflavone (although it might be a compound in some component of that regimen). So, I naturally find the organic ingredients to be worthwhile with significant potential health benefits. I will probably augment my current consumption of similar ingredients, with one or two capsules. I will definitely take all four capsules/daily when I'm not at home or otherwise unable to use my bulk powders. For me, personally, this is the best use of this supplement. If you don't currently consume these ingredients, it's an easy manner to ingest them. The product label mentions that it is Made in the USA, with additional certifications/badges: Vegan, Non-GMO, cGMP compliant and Made with Certified Organic Ingredients. Of these, the most important is the cGMP (certified Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant. It notes adherence to standards that ensure the integrity of the ingredients and processing, checking off an important box for me. As stated earlier, there is no official body noted relating to the organic status. USDA Organic would be the best certification. This vague organic label actually dings the rating a bit. Some of the ingredients tend to be somewhat expensive, respectively. However, a 31 day supply of a nootropics supplement for $45.24 seems a bit pricey.Overall, it contains very noteworthy and impressive ingredients with potential awesome health benefits. Despite the minor issues, I still find it to be a viable nootropics supplement. Thus, it earns a 4.25 - 4.5 star rating, with a high level recommendation.

Great blend!
What I like:- no fillers or added junk- organic/non-gmo- great blend of known brain boosters!- standard sized capsules- gentle on stomach- no aftertastePossible cons:- have to take 4 total capsules for 1 serving- not sure if results should be noticed after taking it once or best results from taking it for consecutive days

Uh-Mazing
I've tried several different brands and blends of mushrooms to keep me at my mental best every day. Abe's are top notch. I've tried taking the dosage all at once (4 caps) and also single capsules spread out over the course of my day. Both methods provide great focus and clarity. I do notice more clarity when I take the full dose first thing in the morning, which I would assume is due to ingredient volume. Overall, a very good supplement. I'm a fan.

Good brain supplement
I typically take a form of Phosphatidylserine for brain health. This is a blend of brain boosting mushrooms and things like ginkgo biloba. This supplement is used to enhance clarity of thinking, alertness, focus, concentration, memory, and mood.I find that it works well for me. My mind and memory seems sharp and decisive with no brain fog or forgetfulness.I had no adverse effects from using this and would recommend it.

Good ingredients that work
Organic is what most people demand these days. Therefore it makes the process more expensive which results in higher cost to the consumer. The ingredients in this supplement is good and not a lot of extras that aren't warranted to cognitive care. While I do not care to take 4 capsules, these do work well in clearing the brain fog and helping with memory recall.
