Not bad if you work behind a desk and don't get to exercise throughout your day.
The machine doesn't appear to be sturdy. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if it broke in less than a year although it might be me being biased. Otherwise, works as expected. There are two separate massage mechanisms. I was expecting the rotating one to be pleasant but it's not.Overall, I think the product serves it's purpose and it's not extremely overpriced for what it is... provided it lasts more than a couple of years.

massage function digs too deep
Pity about the massage part .. it digs too deep into your feet.. even when not in use, the part still protrudes making the vibrating function (which is good) also uncomfortable..

Item itself is good
Only thing that disappointed my dad whose housebound, was the fact delivery instructions weren't followed thankfully item wasn't stolen from the location it was left
