So far so good!
Hope it's not too early and it's just coincidence but a week after starting to take these my diabetic neuropathy feels a little less painful. I've been able to reduce my prescription medication by half. This is excellent because the prescription meds make me so sleepy. 🤞 it is the alpha lipoic acid supplement. I think it is!

Good value , but could be smaller
As described , don't feel any benefits from it yet as amazon in urs Wilson asks for a review nit long after delivery jury is out on this one Bit difficult to swallow due to type and size of capsule used

Seems to works for neuropathy
I don't know if this is the product or placebo effect but the ants in my feet, burning sensation are gone. I can sleep again....

Good for restoring insulin sensitivity
So far so good. Drops blood glucose right the way down. Improves the sensitivity of the insulin. Less Hungry due to less glucose spikes when eating.
