great look except over 25% of bulbs had issues in first week; customer service is non-existant
it would probably be a good product if complete and working. I got mine with two bulbs inoperative, and one that is clearly a different "color" -- it is bright white compared to the other's warm glow. I have tried multiple times unsuccessfully to get ahold of the seller, Edison Lumen, via the email address they included in the packaging, with no answer. So now I have a strand that doesn't have four working bulbs (one blew out within 5 days usage) and I have no idea how to get replacements.
