I take the Now 50mg vitamin B Complex every morning with my multi vitamin because there's not a lot of B vitamins in the multi. I feel my body needs more vitamin B's to keep me healthy. The pills are not too big & they're easy to swallow. This price on Amazon it the most reasonable.

The product smelled very bad like a rotten egg

藤川徳美精神科医の著書から学びメガビタミン療法を実践しています。日本製でこれ程の含有量でこの値段はありません。海外からでも１週間足らずで届きます。大容量ですが除湿剤もちゃんと入っています。朝昼晩１錠ずつ飲んでいますが、水溶性で余分は体外へ排出されますので問題ありません。B-100もありますが、強過ぎるのではないかと思います。尿は黄色くなり匂いもあります。カプセルも大きいですが大人なら飲めるはずです。いつも身体にB群を満タンにしておいて他のサプリとの相互作用を期待したいので今は１日３回飲んでいます。始めて１ヶ月程ですが最初は身体が熱くなる様な感覚がありました。今はありません。悪くならないというのは良いという事だと思います。２ヶ月目からは朝晩２回に減らしてみたいと思います。サプリは長く続けてみないと分かりません。最低でも半年は続けて様子を見たいと思います。
