Great ingredients for sensitive tummy dogs
Both my puppers love this food!! My girl is allergic to chicken so our favorite vet tech recommended this for her. Low and behold her and my boy both love it! Great ingredients and reasonably priced for raw infused.

My first bag was about $60. The next bag on sub and save was $90. Just beware the price jump
I got this originally bc it was about $60 for this bag so I put it on sub and save and when this month was about to ship, I saw it was almost $90 with tax🤯 I don't mind paying a decent price for good food but when the price goes up almost $30, no can do on that. It's still a great food though and deserves 5 stars from those who can afford it.

Reformulation in 2023
I started using this dog food about 3 months ago because my previous brand had discontinued a very similar product. The first 20lb bag we received my dogs did great, there was no adverse side effects to switching food. The second bag I got my dogs suddenly both had diarrhea and gas.. I thought maybe they had gotten into something but the diarrhea and gas persisted for weeks. I called Merrick and found out they ADDED PORK FAT to the ingredients in 2023. I feel very strongly this is what caused my dogs to have an adverse reaction. The first bag I bought was the old recipe.. The second bag the kibble looked darker and smaller.. I called and reported the issue to Merrick who offered a refund or a coupon to try a similar product that did not have a reformulation or pork fat in the ingredients. They did provide excellent customer service. I will no longer buy this particular dog food due to the pork fat being added.

Was recommended by an animal eye doctor
Unfortunately our finicky senior dog refused to eat this food. Got her previous food and she was happy again. I don’t believe there is anything wrong with the food at all, she is just a dog who doesn’t like change!

Especially the frozen raw portion. Should have more in the bag though. Somewhat chenzy on the freeze dried raw food.

I have feed my French bulldog this product for the past of 4 years, but the new products they have changed the ingredients buy adding pork fat, regardless it’s mentioned Pacific Catfish Recipe. Now my dog developed skin rush and allergies. I don’t recommend it anymore
