I’ve tried many waist trainers over the years and I’ve been disappointed time and time again, until I found one that I fell absolutely in love with. Unfortunately, my dogs destroyed it two weeks later. However, I decided to give love a second chance when I came across this product. I am head over heels for this one. This is the highest quality waist trainer I’ve ever purchased, and it’s a great value. If you’re wanting to get snatched without breaking the bank, this is the product for you. One of my personal favorite aspects of this product are that the torso is longer than I’ve ever seen on a waist trainer, ensuring my entire torso is actually covered. Additionally, I like that the waist is cinched tighter than most waist trainers, which can really help improve posture. I have done some cardio in it and the results have been quite good. If you’re a first time waist trainer then I recommend going for a breathable fabric, but for my seasoned vets, the latex is the way to go! You will not be disappointed. For reference I’m 5’3, 170 lbs, and 29 pre waist trainer and the small fits perfect.

Trust the reviews!! I just received mine in the mail today and I was so shocked at how comfortable and how much support you get. I’ve used other brands in the past and have not been this impressed by any waist trainers on Amazon. I would recommend going a size down from your shirt size to accurately waist train!! I went from a size large in tshirts (medium waist trainer) to a size medium in tshirts to a now (small waist trainer). It will seem tight and uncomfortable the first time you wear it if you’re going about it accurately but the goal is to continue slimming down so you will adjust with time! 10/10 recommend this brand

I don’t like that my back fat rises but it’s ok because I carry extra fat on my back that’s how my body is . But I love how strong it is and I love that it grabs all my belly ive had two kids I weight 140, I’m fit but have a bit of loose skin and extra visceral Fat . I love this trainer I got a size s
