Too fried for my tastes
I'm 65y and I've been cooking from scratch all my life, and still do. I never cut fat or skin off my meat. I simmer chicken backs, necks, skin, fat, and organ meat for hours until the bones turn white. Then let it cool down, strain the broth, refrigerate overnight and peel off the fat. Then I freeze it to make homemade chicken soup for the cold and flu season. One bowl of broth helps soothe the soul and get back on your feet again. It's natural. It's hard to find these days, but I will buy chicken skin for the purpose of frying it and eating as a snack. While trying to find a new source of chicken skins, I came across Flock's Keto Chicken Skin Chips. So I bought a case of eight, 1oz package of chips to give them a try. The chicken skin has been cut into smallish pieces and fried to a golden brown. The first thing I had to do was salt them. They are crisp like a potato chip, but not as hard as pork cracklins. However, I was sorely disappointed to find that the skins have been fried too long and have a light burnt taste to them. I opened a second bag and found them to be in the same condition. The price is too high for the size of package and the quality is not worth the wait. So my search for chicken skins continues.

Good but OVERPRICED
Come on guys I do have to say it they are delicious but WAY TO OVERPRICED!!! You only get a few pieces in each bag but you better look inside the bag before you stick your hand in so you know what you are grabbing it might be a feather or a dissect pack they are not in every bag but at least three bags You can go buy a bag of pork rinds empty it out then pour every bag of these into that bag and you wouldn’t even come close to filling it half way You need to have better quality control and proper pricing

Great snack, a little pricey. :-)
Don’t let children open the bag, and just eat them!! Unless your child know what a “Gel pack” is. Every bag I’ve opened has had a Gel pack in with the product. I’ve tried the plain, and the Ranch. The Ranch flavor is amazing! The plain ones are good too. Both smell good, and the texture is not too hard. I do wish there was more in the bag though. This is not a snack you can just binge eat. For the price, I really need to make this snack last, lol. I gave it five stars even though I think it’s a bit pricey.

Way too expensive for what you get. Smells terrible, taste is OK but greasy
I love Nashville hot chicken and fried chicken but had never tried Chicken Skin Chips. I like pork rinds, so figured, why not try these! I purchased the 8 snack bag bundle since that was the cheapest way to buy online. Whoa: The stench that emanated when I opened the first bag was terrible, a major turn-off that nearly gagged me. These smell like a combination of raw chicken skin after being in the trash for a day with a dose of old deep fryer grease added. They tasted very greasy also. I ate two chips and tried to return. These are non-refundable/returnable. There are very few chips in the bag and at over $4 for 1 oz not nearly worth the money. I can get a huge bag of great tasting pork rinds at the store for half that. Even beef jerky is much less per ounce. Since I was stuck with these, I tried them again then next day. The bag had been left open and most of the stench had escaped the bag, plus the chips were not quite as greasy after airing out. Since the Hattie B's flavor comes thru at the end: I found them tolerable and am now on my 3rd bag rather than let them go to waste. I open the bag and let them "air out" before eating: I find they are an "acquired" taste, but I won't purchase again. Low carb, high protein tasty snacks are hard to find: wish I liked em'! WAY overpriced though. Hope this helps someone. If you're thinking of trying, find at the grocer and buy only one bag. I'm out $33 and can hardly give these away.

Pretty good, but small portions
First the positive: They have a good crunch. Not like an actual potato or tortilla chip, but plenty crunchy. As far as seasoning, the salt and vinegar flavor is good. I usually don't like that flavor because it burns my mouth, but this brand has a mild flavor. The barbecue is your standard barbecue flavor. The Hot Nashville is fairly hot. Not like stupid hot, but if you're one of those who sweats when you eat spicy food, you'll definitely sweat. The original flavor, well, it's just plain chicken skin. As far as whether you will like any of these, I think you need to like chicken skin to begin with. Are you that person who eats the discarded skin off of other people's plates? You'll probably like these. If you don't like chicken skin to begin with, don't bother. The flavor isn't enough to make you think you are eating anything other than chicken skin. But for a keto snack they're pretty good. For the bad: Like others have said, the portions are very small. Why not make smaller bags and then give a few more bags per box? It is pretty much a waste product after all.

You have to try these!
I tried the original flavor of the chicken skin crisps. These are just a wee bit greasier than what I expected, but they are SO good!! I can highly recommend giving these a try!

Great idea but with inflammatory oils 😢
The idea is a hit , the flavor is amazing! But it has sunflower inflammatory oils for this one I’ll not repurchase. Hoping they can urgently work in a version with no oil or tallow , olive or avocado oil ! I think they don’t need any other oil than the fat of the chicken !
