Quality product, Amazing price
This came in one box - bench and rack. The metal is very well made. The cushions are thick. I really like the compactness it all fits together with the leg lift extensions. I think this will last me a long time. Assembly was rather easy but was missing some of the washers. I still was able to assemble it using spare washers I had. This item looks just like the more expensive brand from Weider. I think it’s the same equipment just the label may be different. I actually prefer this plain look better. Everything looks nice and works great! I don’t plan to lift super heavy weight; just to tone up my body for a healthy living style. Make sure you get the 7ft barbell bars or it may not fit on the rack. You can use the 5ft bars but the end tips will be on the rack holders with some space to spare. But if you use the 6ft bars, the weight plates will most likely be at the same spot as the bar holders so this will not work. I used it for about 2 weeks so far and love it!

Rack never arrived
The item is supposed to ship in two boxes - one for the bench, one for the rack. Despite it being labeled "Box 1/2" really big on the front, only 1 box ever arrived. Luckily it was at least everything for the bench and I could pursue a partial refund. I'm still stuck trying to find a rack somewhere else.Assembly was okay. At first I thought hardware was missing but it was just stuck onto the shrink-wrapped cardboard in the wrong spot and mixed with other hardware. So look carefully, your missing hardware may actually be there.Assembled in about an hour with a helper, and we are very experienced assemblers. Instructions had an error in one step, miscounting the necessary screws, but if you think critically and go carefully you will be ok. Do not tighten anything until the end. Despite being called an Olympic bench it takes 1" plates.

Great value, surprisingly solid gym
No parts were damaged in shipping, which was a pleasant surprise given how much metal was packed into one box. The box was so loaded down, I just left it on my doorstep and lugged the individual parts down to my basement for assembly. My only low marks come on assembly itself. No tools are provided. Not even a hex wrench. So be prepared. You’ll need at the very least two wrenches (one to grip, one to turn each bolt), a Phillips head screwdriver, and a hex wrench. Your life will be way easier if you have a socket wrench with the right size. I did not, hence the two wrench system. The instructions weren’t always 100% accurate or clear, but if you use common sense, it’s pretty easy to put it together. The gym is sturdy enough for my needs. I’m by no means a gym rat, and I don’t think you’d want this holding a 400 lb barbell. But for my needs, this is great. Especially if you’re able to get at a steep discount like I did. Buy with confidence. This is a great starter gym.

So far so good
So far so good with this reasonably-priced workout bench/rack set. First, it took a very long time to arrive (almost a full month), and when it did finally arrive (in two separate boxes, delivered on two separate days, that were TOTALLY beat up, torn, with holes, wrapped in cellophane to hold them together, metal pieces of the bench sticking out, etc.). However, there didn't appear to be any damage to the bench other than a few scuff marks, a slightly bent piece that didn't affect the assembly, and a missing little black rubber cap for one of the "stubs" where the adjustable safety rack hangs from (which I'd like to have), which I was pleasantly surprised about. Although there were a lot of pieces to this set, it was generally pretty easy to assemble. It was a fun project I did with my son, using only a ratchet, adjustable pliers, an Allen wrench and a rubber mallet, and it only took us a couple hours from start to finish. The assembly instructions actually weren't that bad. Since assembling it, I've only used it a couple times, but again, so far, so good. It's the right size, I like the fact that the bench isn't attached to the rack so you can move the bench to any location or position that suits you, it seems pretty adjustable, it has some pretty good features as compared to other sets I looked at, like an arm curl station, leg extension feature (essentially the same feature, with a slight adjustment), extra plate holders, safety catches, adjustable rack height, and inclining/declining/horizontal bench. It could probably be a little sturdier (doing upright shoulder presses yesterday, I felt a teeny bit of wobble but it wasn't disconcerting), but for the price, it's very reasonable. For a fairly-priced home gym weight bench and rack set, I'm very impressed so far, especially for the price. If I have any issues, I'll update this review, but again, so far, so good!

Great bench Great price
She can support a lot of weight. I love it. You can hit all your muscles with this one piece of equipment. Squats, preacher curls, rows, decline bench just to name a few that my old bench didn't. You can also remove the preacher attachment so it doesnt get in the way. Which was one of my concerns before buying. I never take the time to write reviews, positive or negative, but this one is worth it.

Almost died due to faulty welding
I purchased this product about 7 months ago for $319.38. I barely work out maybe once every other weekend. I was working out today on incline bench press with a regular bar and 45lb plates on each side when the back rest broke due to what looks like faulty welding. I fell to the ground, the bar and weights fell on top of me. Luckily, I was not physically hurt too bad but I was emotionally shocked at that moment thinking wow I could have just died right now. Anyways, I really liked the product until now. I called Amazon and they said I am out of the return window. I tried looking up Sporzon manufacturer and found nothing. I would expect at least a year warranty from the manufacturer but I cannot find any company info. Im really mad that I spent $319.38, it broke, and I could not finish my work out. Just sad the way these companies are making stuff now a days. Like I really could have died or got seriously hurt. It happened so fast. But Im good. However, I can really use another bench.
