Phone is great
Phone sound quality is great and volume controls only thing is it would be nice if all buttons would light up it would be easier to use phone at night, and buttons are not easy to press you have to dial slower so you make sure you press the correct numbers as they don't always press down easliy. I had better V tech phone in the past, I would not buy this one again. The headset is a nice feature works great.

Pretty decent phone.
Works as expected - make and answer calls, good quality sound, handset is comfortable to hold and use.Cons: Earpiece seems cheaply made, never feels secure in use. The sound quality is good, and the person on the other end hears me fine. It just feels like it will fall off my ear at any moment, and like it needs to be handled with care so it won't break. Wish they had made it more like the bluetooth I use for my cell phone - that little bugger sticks in my ear and stays put (have to make sure I don't forget to take it off for going in the shower)

I like this phone
The greatest thing about this phone is the headset. I love it. No flashing light to let me know I have messages which I miss. I like my old panasonic better but love the headset so much I will overlook the other small problems. If you need a headset, I would strongly recommend this phone.

Works as should
Bought this to add an extra phone to the system we already have. Arrived on time and packaged well. Synced to our current system with no problems and has been working no problems since then.

ADD ON HEADSET
It wasn’t clear for me that this was an add on and you needed a base phone, also the base phone for this add on was not available. So we got a different base and it won’t work with it, so waist of money..

Good landline to have!
I primarily bought this phone because it has a headset. There are plenty headsets for cell phones, but because I use my landline a lot, I wanted one for that purpose. It is excellent! I can walk around the house when I am on the phone.

Well designed, comfortable and works great.
This phone set works great for line calls and linked with both our cell phones. It was easy to setup and easy to operate. I love the ear phone receiver. It fits comfortably and I can work while conversing. The regular receivers have a clear plastic front that makes cleaning off make up a breeze.

Great for the price
Sounds about as good as a cell phone with a good connection, because the speakers are not much bigger. The cellphone may have better microphones though, not sure about that. More treble and less base than a good business landline phone, but when you get used to it you can hear just as much detail. The phones feel light in the hand, and plasticy, but they are well made and sturdy when dropped, which happens a lot because they are smooth all over an they do not stand up on their ends without risking falling over. The display is not always easy to read, but it is never impossible. The product seems to be top of its market niche, which is mid-range DECT up to 5 phones plus a few bluetooth whatevers you might want to add. The answering machine is rather old fashioned in today's world of cloud-based voice to text, especially since this product links to your cellphone(s), and rings concurrently and with almost no delay, when you cellphone(s) ring. It almost as if they finished the design a year early and missed out on making it look more modern, what, maybe 10-years ago, when it was first designed? DECT is much better than bluetooth for range, as BT is only good for a few rooms of separation, but if you get a BT repeater, you can cobble together a phone system that uses a lot of very funky gadgets, for peanuts, these days. This kind of landline phone is almost obsolete, although so is actually talking to people, I am told. Used to be a time when you had to hunch up your shoulder to hold a dinosaur bone shaped phone to your ear. Now they have casual ear implants that pick up your speaking through your jawbone, while transcribing whatever you say onto your own magical storage location on the Internet, so your Artifical Intelligence secretary can better action any requests you make subsequent to the phone call, freeing your hands to pop a pod in the expresso machine while you wave instructions to the robovac with the other. I wish the phone came with a built-in flash-light and tire-inflator, but for the price they are asking, what more should one expect? Life is tough.

Warning!
Purchased to accompany base set which connects to cell phones via bluetooth. We dont have a landline so that was only purpose. Instructions for base unit tell you to download "connect to cell" app from Google Play. When you do that you get a message that the app is being worked on and check back end of June 2019. This is Sept 2919 and no app. Contacted Vtech and they had no idea when the app would be ready and offered no further assistance. Last Vtech product I ever buy!

fast shipping
They work great. I am ordering another one. Only down side is they are so light that they knock over easily and you must be careful when putting it back in the cradle.

Returned
The reason for the low score, is that we returned this item. It was not compatible with our other phone.
