Product was used to just take my money. Support /performance is worse than Trump's Loyalty. Executive Headquarters relocated to the Helen Keller school of WDGAF. My COMMODORE computer still works better / faster / more consistently than this rip-off / scam / failure of an abortion that apparently has fallen into a blackhole of corporate malfeasance / arrogance / deliberate consumer neglect. Candles are more reliable and predictable.

so an update after having it a little over 2 months, i can no longer find the iphone app anywhere. SHADY!!!!I rarely write reviews, but the app on this is like a child's toy. The bulbs themselves I can tell have potential and have a quick response to a change in color or turn on. Even though their website and box it comes in says it can do various things.... well it doesn't. Can't group, can't place on timers, doesn't beat with music. I will be sending these back. If your looking for a great color changing bulb - look at the MiPow. I have 6 of those grouped and on timers.

When it's able to pair with your phone it's great.With that said, it probably only successfully pairs with a phone /maybe/ one of out 50 tries. That means if you set it to a color and then can't connect for a week, it's stuck on that color and intensity until you can pair with it again.The app will tell you to reset the bulb, but theres no instructions on what that actually means. We've also tried it with 7+ different phones and they're all unable to connect.

The bulb itself and the connectivity are great. Downloaded the app (iPhone) and it found the light right away. All of the controls on the app seem to be fairly responsive, and the only drawback, as others have mentioned, is that there is no setting for a timer or 'sunrise' feature, which I didn't see advertised on the page anyways, so I can't complain here.The one drawback about this light is that the colors are pretty dim. The white light output is fantastic, and covers a broad range of temperatures fairly well. The colors on the other hand are reminiscent of a light bulb you would find at the dollar store: pretty dim, with a bit of that, "color painted onto the bulb" feeling. I only bought one however, so this may change if you have multiples connected.

I just got mine today and really expected the app to have more features. It has preset color changing modes and color/white select, that's all. It should have timing and music functions at the very least. I wanted to have it come on in light blue when it was time to get up and red in the evening and let it go off automatically. but like I said, no timer function. The bulb itself is great but it's lacking a lot as far as features. I'm going to return mine and get a different one.

The light is easy to connect and the manual functions work great but there are no timer functions or music functions in this app. Is there another version of the app somewhere? The box and the manual both very clearly say that they should come with that functionality. Really frustrating that it's just not true. Can this app be updated?

I bought this because it said the app had a wake up time, it even says on the box it does - it does not. It turns on and off and brightens and that's it. Returning.

Working well but the function in the menu such as clock time doesn't show in the app. I am not sure either problem is the app or product. Android.
