It was delivered early which was great. The bike is perfect, it fits both my husband and myself which is a feat as I am 5'1" and my husband is 6'1". The stability is good, both of us are able to spin standing up. Assembly was easy. I was going to buy an adapter to hold my iPhone but when I looked at the side picture I noticed it had one, both my tablet and IPhone can sit on it. The bike was every thing I wanted at a fantastic price. I haven't tried the iBike capability yet as my Bluetooth doesn't work. I highly recommend it!

This stationary cycle is a very good unit. It's easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The feel is similar to riding a street bike. The only reason I didn't rate it with 5 stars is the poor monitor. The monitor is battery powered only and they run down very quickly. It uses 4 batteries which lasted for only three 40 minute rides. Also, It isn't back-lit so it's hard to read unless you're in a well-lit area. If there was an electronic monitor this unit would be perfect.

Great product for the money, use to belt driven bikes at gym but this one works great for me. Shipper treats customers as top priority if you have any concerns they will rectify immediately.

You can set a calorie, distance, or time goal. I like using the calorie goal to make sure I hit my caloric target. I get a decent workout. By my personal calculations based on my height, weight, and heart rate, the calorie tracker is pretty accurate.

I received the bike a day before expected. Assembly was fairly simple. After pedaling, I felt an intermittent roughness. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. After hearing the noise over the phone, cs informed me that they don't service the problem and offered me a full refund or a new bike. Accepted the later and had a new bike at my door in three days. New bike works fine. Now, that's GREAT customer service. Now I have to see if I can determined the problem with the first bike. Yep, still got it.

Customer service was great, product display screen dis not work and they sent for pick up right away. Also, sent replacement as soon as defective item was received. Second bike works like a charm and perfect for the at home gym!

We've been using this spin bike for a few weeks now and no flat tires! Ha ha!It's nice and quiet & adjusts for the custom fit we all enjoy. The electronics panel is easy to use & informative.

Nice bike and I use it daily, but is a bit loud. But just what I needed.
