This product is Amazing! I was buying another brand for $60/bottle and needed something similar and am grateful to have found these. Super convenient as it contains several supplements, economical for us that are doing our best to be healthy.I do have some advice for better digestion.Stop drinking liquids 30 minutes prior to eating and wait 30 minutes to drink after and never drink anything cold with a meal, imagine ice water mixing with melted cheese in your stomach and your enzymes trying to break it all down. Also imagine the 16oz drink you had waiting for your food in your stomach then adding a meal to it. No wonder we’re stuffed by a small healthy meal!Take your time and enjoy your food! Sit down and chew slowly. Your enzymes love breaking down little pieces of food and makes your tummy much happier than trying to digest big chunks of that protein you just ate.Once I started taking the enzymes and paying attention to the above I no longer struggle with gas, burping or heartburn!

If you have issues with going to the restroom you need to try this product, it easy on the stomach with no cramping and makes you go normal not rushing river. If you take semaglutide like I do, you’ll want to take this cause it will really helps you and you won’t be constipated. One thing just make sure you drink plenty of water too.

It works! I’m not bloated anymore, don’t feel heavy. Try them!

Good value for the price.

I really like this product. It helped my gut a lot. It also boosted my energy and lasted throughout the day. It just was a little pricey so I stopped using it. Experimenting with other products, but I might be back.

I’ve only been taking fr!ska daily supplement for two weeks now, and I have noticed that there’s a 1.5 billion probiotics. The recommended dosage for a good probiotic is 45 billions CFU of probiotics. It’s seems like they really try and sell this as a probiotic and less as a supplement. I have noticed some changes in my energy but that’s the extent of my results. Also it seems like the hype is in the packaging, and being sold in the high end markets. I would research better probiotics for digestion as this seems more like a vitamin.

Estoy complacida con estas enzimas digestivas desde q la estoy tomando he mejorado mucho con el tema de los dolores de estómago malas digestiones etc muy complacida lo recomiendo para las personas q toman medicamentos o padecen de estómago además son muy buenas para el metabolismo por sus propiedades

I have been using this for over a month and just received my second bottle. Although I like the product I am unsure why one bottle looked like the left (first bottle) I thought it was normal until I received my second bottle. See pics below. Hoping for an explanation.
