The height of the seat is perfect - I have it up as high as it goes and it perfectly suits my 5ft 8ins height. It was fairly easy to assemble, the hardest part being putting the castors on without applying too much force to the frame. The only annoying feature is that I can't seem to fix the armrests in a stationary position as they move sideways if I apply any pressure when rising out of the chair. I also tried raising the armrests up a bit only to find they are then not as stable as they are when right down. I did think from the description that the armrests would be softer than they actually are, but overall I'm pleased with the chair. HOWEVER AFTER 6 MTHS my chair is continually dropping down to the lowest height. Frustrating after being such a good chair....

This chair was easy to assemble despite reviews I saw elsewhere saying it wasn't. It seems sturdy and it is certainly comfortable. I am WFH right now and spend up to 10 hours a day in it and no issues at all so far.Generally I am impressed (and so is the cat so we had to put a towel on them when not in use).Edit 08/2020Well I still rate the product but not the company. I was sent an email by their marketing department promising me a Brazen mouse if I wrote them a good review which I was intending to do anyway. The mouse never appeared (not that I really want the mouse) and after a couple of emails back and forth still no mouse and now they have stopped communicating. I think this is a bit unethical and for that reason alone I will not buy anything else from them.Edit 07/01/2022Well having had the chair for over a year now I have to downgrade my rating. The seat pad has gone hard and the central support wobbles a little. The seat height also drops by itself a few centimetres over a week let's say. My office chair at work was a little more expensive but has lasted sooo much better.

Bought this in January to replace an older cheaper model. It's really well made and comfortable. Chair and reseller are excellent

See photo after 12 weeks of general use. Got nowhere with the company other than the following statement about emailing BraZen "email BraZen Technical Support. Please do not do the key board warrior stuff on them - they have been known to do personal visits or take legal action where people have been abusive.". This was after me contacting them slightly sternly as I was unhappy with the quality, no abusive content in my message whatsoever. I informed them I would leave feedback based on the response regarding the issue with the product. Well here it is. I was going to buy another chair for work but I will go elsewhere.

This took minutes to put together and my son thinks he is gamerjesus in it. Great purchase!

Poor workmanship,no comfort at all. Expected more.

The box came well packaged with each chair section suitably padded. The product assembly was pretty standard, however it did required some effort to locate the receiving bolt holes in the chair sides. Once this was done though, it was firmly mounted and sturdy. My son loves it. I've bought gaming chairs from £50 cheap generic chairs to £450 pro chairs like Noble or AKRacer and you generally get what you pay for. This Brazen chairs sits comfortably in the good quality, budget area with the usual extras or back and head pillows and fits my son well. he is a lively 6'4" 17 year old.

One of the legs snapped off after minimal use, not good at all. I had to use the base of the chair I was to replace the broken base. NOT GOOD!!!!!!! So do I return or carry on with the old base. Messaged the seller who had a nothing to do with me attitude but consumer law says : – The answer to this is quite simple ,you bought the item from the shop and your contract is with the shop. You do not have a contract with the manufacturer. The shop has the legal liability to fix the item. Buyer beware!!!
