🥰 This is the BEST heating pad I have EVER owned!!!!...& I have owned MANY in my many years! & returned many because they didn't get got enough. This is my 3rd time purchasing this pad!!! The 1st one lasted me about 3 yrs w/almost nightly use. It finally gave up, so I ordered 2 more. One for the bed, & one for the couch.This gets waaay hotter than any I've owned...not too hot, HOT, like you want/expect/need it to be! The neck portion also heats! (Try to find that on another pad!) The cover is soft, cozy, & malleable. Which means you can wrap it around an arm or leg.(extra nice!) It has 6 heat settings, & will turn off after 1.5 hrs...(that's a great run time.) It has a 9 ft cord, so you don't have to be close to an outlet. The collar snaps together so you can wear it & have it stay in place. It's also larger than the pads in stores. never got hot , barely got warm. doesn't make good contact with shoulders. useless item.

I want something I can against which I can rest my back. It doesn't reach my lower back. It turns off while l am using it. It is difficult to adjust.

This product did not last long. We ended up ordering a new different brand.
