No instruction manual or directions.
I received this item as a gift from a friend. This item seems well made and works fine but came without an instruction manual, directions or kinetic skewer . Tried to contact Amazon and they referred me to the company which emailed back saying "Sorry, we do not have instruction manual, you can ask us directly if you have any questions."The contact info for Catazer gave an address and phone number in Xiamen, Fujian, China at tel. #18650033338.
