I have 3 prolapsed discs, so I have been exploring many different pain relief methods. While this obviously will not fix my condition, it makes me feel wonderful. I have recommended this to so many people. It will hurt at first but please be patient because it is so worth it. I use mine everyday. After few minutes there is some physical relief. But most of all it has really helped my mood which has been pretty low due to my back pain.Even though it cannot cure my serious condition it has really improved my quility of life.

I was a bit dubious at first about this as I hadn’t had anything similar before with the flowers on once they start to soften up with use it gives the mat texture the pillow is a nice touch I’m only petite at 5ft 2 & I found this was just right a taller person might find it too short

Not meant to be comfortable because of the small 'spikes'. I have noticed an improvement in my neck and lower back pain. Pain does come back so the relief is temporary but if I lie on it for 30 mins before going to sleep I have a noticeably better following day with much better and pain free movement.

I wasn't sure about these but thought I'd give it a try for the low cost! It's the best decision I could have made!I get pain in my lower back and after 20-30 mins on this its gone for the whole day and better the next day too. After a couple of days of use, it goes.Myself and my girlfriend use it now! Give it a try!

Still unsure of the benefits of this. Have used it a few times as I have been getting increasing issues with my back. I find it helps while laying on it, but there are no lasting effects.The pillow is also quite sore if you have short hair. So I don’t use that.Think this may be another fad.

This is pretty much the same product as the more expensive ones going around the internet for a fraction of the price. If you are considering trying one then just get this one :)

Absolutely blown away with how effective this is! Had a migraine, lay on this for 20 minutes and it was gone!
