The baskets are of good quality - surprisingly heavy and sturdy when held. They don't creak or feel like the coils of rattan will come apart with rougher handling. The rattan itself has a few stray fibers here and there, but overall the material is smooth. There are one or two small gaps between the rattan, especially in the bottom section, but they're tiny.The basket liners are somewhat flimsy, and I'm betting they'll rip or otherwise wear out long before the baskets do. This is a bit disappointing as I mostly make sourdough which is high hydration (usually around 65%) and I'll probably need the liners, especially on more humid days.The bench scraper is sturdy and has decent heft, though only time will tell if the blade will stand up to regular use without bending. It's not the best quality, but it definitely cuts dough more efficiently than the plastic or silicone models.The lame feels nice in hand and the metal portion is well secured into the wooden handle. Once again, only time will tell if the pieces hold together. The addition of five blades is nice and they should last a while. I also appreciated the blade cover, though I'm not sure if that will hold up as the faux leather material is fairly thin.

Purchased proofing bowls for birthday present. The delivery date was several weeks away because so many people were ordering bread baking materials during quarantine. The bowls came in earlier than expected. Our son was excited to get started and happy that lame was included. He baked 2 loaves of sourdough bread that weekend. It was delicious. The bowls are reasonably priced and work very well. He was happy with his gift.

Good quality, was able to make bread loaf easily. Love the lames and spatula included in the set.
