Really not the same
Dont. Just don’t. Not the same as getting it there. Tastes so different at home.

Ok. But not great enough to order again
It was ok. But honestly the flavor was not nearly as good as when we have half frozen Giordanos sent from Chicago.

Terrific!!
As a native Chicagoan and long time devotee of deep dish pizza, I was prepared to be disappointed in having Gino's shipped to California. However, to my surprise, this pizza was very, very good. I won't pretend that it's like sitting down at Gino's East in Chitown, but was far superior to any of the attempts at deep dish pizza I have tried on the West Coast. It arrived still frozen which is no mean feat when the delivery is in Palm Springs and the outside temp is over 100 degrees. I put it on my BBQ oven and reheated as directed and it came out perfectly done. The crust was crunchy, the tomato was piquant, the cheese was gooey, and there was a ton of crumbly Italian sausage. At $30 a pie it is really no more expensive than the cost of local mediocre pizzas when you factor in the tip. Now ready to give Giordano's and Lou Malnati's a try!

FROZEN PIZZA
LOOKED LIKE THE PRODUCT BUT BOTTOM CRUST WAS LIKE A ROCK AND WE JUST SCRAPED THE TOPPING OUT AND ATE THAT WAY. WE WILL NOT REORDER. I HAVE ORDERED BEFORE BUT I GUSESS THEY DO SO MUCH BULK NOW THAT IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Best frozen deep dish pizza
I’ve tried different brands, this is definitely the best. Good size, delicious sauce, not skimpy

Incredibly Disappointed at very least
Let me just say this will be my very 1st review. The “meaty legend” is a joke. Was expecting some delicious pizza for the cost. Disappointing doesn’t begin to describe. Aside from looking like a personal pizza, I was hopeful for nearly $30 per pie, the meat and cheese would make up for it. Nope. It is 90% dough. There wasn’t enough meat in or on it to taste. There was some cheese in there. Photo is about 1/4th a pie, moved the “Meat and cheese” for you to see, you can see it pushed off to the side, impressive right???? This is it, and you can’t request a return. So they get a lovely rating. Generously gave a 1 star. Now who to gift the other 2 pies to, better pick some people I don’t like to make sure my friends and family don’t hate me after. So disappointed. Featured foods should be ashamed of themselves.
