Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 128GB - Cosmic Grey Dual Sim (e-Sim) Unlocked (Renewed)

I must admit that I was nervous about buying a "renewed" product. I shouldn't have been. The phone that arrived was in completely pristine condition. The battery still has full 5000mA charge and it came with a genuine Samsung fast charger. A+ to Amazon.The phone itself is excellent. It is bigger than any other phone I have had but it is not in unmanageable. Using the phone one-handed is a challenge but not impossible. I have had no real problems with it.The screen is wonderful, particularly at 120hz. It is bright with wonderful contrast and smoother than smooth movement, thanks to the 120Hz rate. The size here makes a real difference: it is only 1/10th of an inch smaller than some tablets so watching films or sports is a pleasure.The camera got a bad press in the early days, but the updates from samsung seem to me to have dealt with supposed problems such as poor auto-focus and shutter lag. The 100x zoom is a gimmick that is all but useless and the 30x is not that much better but 10x zoom is outstanding which is not something you can say about many phones. Close up shots produces a lovely bokeh (background blurring) that rivals professional cameras. The colours are rich and vibrant and it is actually difficult to get a shot wrong. All in all, the camera is outstanding.The phone is super fast. Following a road in Google Street View the speed made the transitions seem almost natural: the best I've seen on any device, incuding an iPad Air a Tab S6 and a high end ASUS laptop.The looks are not great so if that's a deal breaker look elsewhere. The camera is so big that it takes up one whole corner and it sticks out rather too far for my liking. Ironically it is the only phone I have found that looks better in a case, as the case hides how far the camera protrudes. I put it in the Samsung Leather Case and it now looks great as well as being protected.Overall I cannot recommend this phone enough and if it is available in Amazon "Renewed" don't hesitate. A £1200 camera for just over £600: what's not to like?

Had a S8 galaxy but the battery was fading so got this great phone for the price much improved and great battery performance and brilliant camera.£1200 new I paid £236 what a bargain !!.

I had asked about delivery on a specific day and they ensured I got it when I needed it. This phone was prestine as advertised, in fact I will buy 3 phones from here soon for my kids.Just a little consideration and a few minutes going out of there way makes this seller my preffered supplier of future phones.Phone is amazing such clear sharp photos and same with videos. Hopefully the s22 ultra will drop to 300 soon as I would not mind getting three of them. But am so happy with this, the screen is amazing the phone feels quality as expected from an ultra model. All around excellent phone i will use for a few years before even thinking of upgrading especially with the size of ram in this one.

it was my second attempt on s20ultra.'Was' because sadly I had to return the item. First one being back in early 2020 when focusing issues just made me return it. But I always liked the form of it. its recognizable back and a huge fantastic quality screen.Second attempt mid march'21*amazon refurb for less than £600. bargain let's give it a try. Knowing it had android 11 and emui 3.1 updates. Phone came only with two hair thin tiny scratches on the corner of the screen. Otherwise perfect.After launch I realised it was an o2 phone before and had some o2 apps which I wasn't abble to uninstall. Not a major issues but I'd rather not have them as I am not an o2 customerI went through like an hour of updates upon the first launch. and started using the phone. btw Phone came 15w charger from S8 supposedly matching my phone.common it even looked old school.Camera has improved a lot, really. that's a big plus. I was pleased with quick focusing. they really did it.This is a fantastic versatile camera.Fingerprint scanner. Rubbish absolute rubbish one of the main reasons why I have returned the phone. wearing masks you can't afford to have 4 out of 5 attempts unsuccessful.Secondly and this was really it.not sure if it was this particular one or because it had all those recent android update (I read somewhere where few note 20 ultra users were complaining as well) games were stuttering!!!!!What?!yes I was schocked too.never ever happened on the previous one I had.Asphalt 9 almost unplayable.Real racing 3 same story.Graphics were good but whenever another car appeared on the screen or more intense actioned. Bam. Stutter after Stutter like it was a 2011 phone.WT.....I had to return it and promised myself no more exynos for now unless it is s21 range.of it is a samsung it must be snapdragon one. (maybe a72)But I am convinced now to get a oneplus or decent oppo or realme one. with a good chipset.I would keep it if it wasn't for the stutters.this was a bad sign for the future usage. besides common!! I want to be able to play whatever game I want.Also no more refurbished phones.you can't tell what happened with it before
