Works pretty slick for me.
I bought a used D850 and decided to spring for the aftermarket grip and these batteries. The charger comes with some extra plates. You don't need them for the el-18s though. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing. Initially I assumed the extra plates must be for the batteries it came with lol. No siree. Not sure what they are for but I'll probably look it up eventually. However the batteries do last a really long time. Two of them are almost too much except the price is so good. I'd guesstimate that shooting stills you might be able to do say 1,500 to 2,000 images. It might depend on condition etc. Personally I think it's great. I might rather have OEM but the price differential is so great I decided to try it. I'm not disappointed. They are physically large batteries so if that's an issue keep it in mind.

Camera shut down with short shutter burst
I bought these batteries for use with my Nikon D-850 and MB-D18 grip. Whenever I take more than one photo a second, the camera shuts down. I suspect that the draw from operating the shutter and mirror for consecutive shots drops the voltage below useful ranges. The D-850 isn't "smart" enough to switch to the internal battery fast enough when this happens. The batteries are practically useless, since it's not uncommon to either need to take quick shots or have your shutter finger stutter.

Decent alternative
Fits well, it will take time to see how well it works compared to the OEM battery.

Works
Works greats, holding charge just as good as oem Nikon batteries, fit is perfect. Plastic housing does not seem to as good as Nikon but over all a good product at a better price.

So far so good with Nikon D850 and MB-D18 grip.
I've tested both batteries in my Nikon D850's MB-D18 grip and each one worked as well as my Nikon branded batteries. Did a shoot lasting about 6 hours with roughly 2400 shots and the Wasabi battery in the grip was down to about 24% and the Nikon EL-EN15 in the camera body was still 100%. They charge perfectly well in the Wasabi and also the Nikon charger. Great value, imo.

Don’t Work in D-850 MB-D18 Grip - Sizing Problems
I purchased this Wasabi battery set and charger on 1/6/24 and received it on 1/8/24. Good packaging. I was using them instead of Nikon EN-EL 18C’s in my MB-D18 grip for the D-850. BIG MISTAKE! I used a Nikon BL-5 battery door (no off-brand). Batteries charged, loaded up, and showed full charge and information on the D-850 menu. I started using them. Noticed they didn’t last that long. Then it got cold outside and the problems started. I’m shooting a Nikon 200mm f/2. Heavy lens, I load the camera and lens into a ThinkTank waist mounted bag for protection. When the camera was off, noticed the camera’s green light started coming on when putting the rig in the bag (battery indicator). When I took it out, display showed discharged battery even though it was fully charged. Camera didn’t roll over to internal battery. Turned camera off, removed, reinserted. Battery showed fully charged and worked. Didn’t think that much about it. Then it started happening DAILY. Each time I used the batteries, both of them. Fed up, I ordered a Nikon EN-EL 18C. Big difference. Nikon battery feels TWICE as heavy as the Wasabi (that should tell you something). Took the camera out today and shot most of the morning with the Nikon battery. ZERO problems. In my opinion, the Wasabi batteries have a size tolerance problem. It might be small, but it’s clear they lose contact points in the MB-D18 grip. This happened many times when I used them. On the bright side, the charger works great on my replacement Nikon batteries. DON’T RECOMMEND THESE BATTERIES for the MB-D18 grip.
