These are cheap little plastic pieces, but do exactly what they say and save your ears. Simple to use and easy to hook the mask straps on. The only challenge is that it's small, and since the mask straps don't actually secure to them (they just loop around and are held in place with tension) that if you aren't wearing it the plastic piece can fall off and easily get lost. But watch out for that and you're fine!

For the price, not bad. Helps a big mask fit better, but not more comfortably. There's no grippy, so unless you have a ponytail, it slips down your head and still puts pressure on your ears.

This product is very useful if you are making multiple masks or have a mask that's been used a lot and might need to be "tweaked". It tightens it well, is comfortable and gets the elastic off the ears.

Finally they arrived. I say this because they took forever to get here. I watched the tracking and it bounced from one mail distribution facility to another and back again, It was in my state then left my state then came back again. I really was about to give up. Then It finally said it was in a distribution center in my home town, so I decided to give it one more day and sure enough, it arrived. Not sure I can blame the seller for that one. I have looked at other reviewers and their complaints, and yeah, it looks like it would break if I pulled or bent it to hard. So I was concerned, but after looking these over, these are just fine for a simple surgical mask. If it breaks I have 9 more. It cost 10 bucks, I don’t see how I really can’t expect anything more from a simple product. I have been pulling on it and bent it a bit although not to far because “yeah” it will break, but it seems pretty sturdy to me.All I know is that my ears are saved from the strings of my daily mask. So with that, I thank who ever created this. Thumbs up.

They don’t work for me. They are short and not very flexible. Difficult to put on. They seem to be made from sturdy plastic. They do not take the shape of my head and they slide down to the base of my skull. As a result they do not keep the mask straps away from my ears.

nah!get them from someone else, they do not hold well, most people I gave these to do not bother with wearing them. They fall to the ground as you are trying to place it behind your head, over your ears. However, I have them, so I use them, they DO HOLD THE MASK in place much better, therefore making it more efficient the filtration, we are not supposed to wear masks showing our noses outside, duh!That makes me mad, people are not protecting themselves properly, so no one gets protection when people insist in wearing them wrong, so get these from a different company.

I found these help me keep my mask in place easier and more comfortably than wearing the mask without an extender. I haven't tried other styles of extenders yet. Arrived on time. When lowering the mask to hang around your neck, the mask does come loose from the extender, so if you are going to be raising and lowering often, you might want to attach the extender more permanently to the mask.

All-day masks = sore ears. These extenders do a nice job of giving ears a break! I find it more comfortable to put my hair in a ponytail and rest the extender on top of my hair. Otherwise, it slides down my neck and makes the ear elastic rub against the top of my ears.
