Vitamin E is an essential for health maintenance, and, unfortunately, a lot of people have a negative reaction to it as a supplement. NOT because the Vitamin E is a problem, but because MOST Vitamin E supplements contain SOY and some people have allergic reactions to the soy content and conclude they just can't tolerate Vitamin E. THIS is the answer. This is a sunflower-based Vitamin E. If you've reacted negatively to other Vitamin E supplements, I'd highly recommend trying this one. In my experience, Healthy Origins supplements are high quality (I use their 5000 iu Vitamin D and have for about 5 years). I take two of these 400 iu Vitamin E's daily--one in the morning and one at bedtime. Vitamin E is good for maintaining healthy skin, is a cofactor for hormone production AND is a vital contributor to thyroid health. It's also an essential "heart healthy" vitamin and may help maintain cognitive function as we age. I'd recommend Googling to learn more. This is surely one of the best vitamin E products I had ever used. When my body was infected with eczema I took 1 caps in a good length of time before taking 2 caps a day. My results from taking this I notice my eczema was gone so I no longer needed this supplement. I might reorder down the line for preventive health measures. Warning to everyone when taking any types of supplements or vitamin E please start off with a very low dosage. It has been medically proven that a high dose of E or any supplements can cause nose bleeds or headaches to some sensitive individuals. I always chew on something edible before taking any types of Fat or Water soluble vitamins.

Excellent vitamin E made with sunflower not soy a gmo. This works, I take one daily I have Raynaud’s syndrome and last winter my fingers turned white, blood vessels went into spasms (become narrow)finger swelled and split open, very painful. Since taking vitamin E this has not happened this winter. Even my body is warmer. Use vitamin E mixed in with my moisturizer at night work nicely. My functional Dr. says vitamin E helps with vaginal atrophy so I use coconut oil with vitamin E ( I use suranwrap teaspoon of coconut oil add E fold over, refrigerate, remove from suranwrap use nightly ,insert vaginally) its reversing this problem worth trying.

These are amazing, small and easy to swallow. Natural Vitamin E and a good price. Small enough for a 10 year old child to swallow as well. Also easy to bite open and suck the oil out.

It seems good! It's always a mystery if a supplement is working or not, but this is the only quality non-soy vitamin E I could find and I like it. I can't do any soy, so this is a great find. I'm on my second bottle. Just a sidenote, vitamin E is a blood thinner so stay off it for at least a week before any surgery, dental procedure, or heavy-lifting (I always bruise when I'm doing physical work!!).
