The dimming switch looks good and had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. Installation was OK. The directions in the teeny tiny manual talk about taking a screw out to get the faceplate. off. There is not a screw. I finally forced it and the front plate did pop off. Installation was OK. Just put your 2 neutral wires in the neutral slot and the hot and switch wire as directed and you're good to go. I wish it had a ground also but it does not.Here's the kicker that irks me. You push the up button to lower the intensity and push the down button to increase the intensity. Totally backwards of what you would think. And no it is not wired backwards by me because there is only one way to wire it. All I can think of it must be wired backwards internally. I guess I could install it upside which would look odd.So poor instructions, poor QA and absolutely no service (I've sent emails over and over with no response) makes this switch a gamble and you may not want to put up with the issues.It is close to being a good product but it is not quite there. Since I've gone to great lengths to get this installed (I'm a little anal about installing electrical products) I will leave it and learn when I want the light to go down to push the up button.UPDATE: I finally heard from their support. They confirmed that to increase brightness you press the down button and to decrease brightness you press the up button. Just seems backwards to me.

The first thing we did was get an Echo, and create an Alexa account. And, gradually, we've been adding more and more 'smart' features to the house. We have 'Ring' cameras front and back and a 'Ring' camera door bell. We've added indoor cameras in all the main rooms of the house. We've added smart light bulbs and smart light switches where we needed them and even a smart thermostat. Now, we can control nearly everything in the house by just telling Alexa what to do. This smart light switch is probably the best first step for anyone who is wanting to build a smart home. It is so easy to install (a single pole switch, not to be used with two way switch set ups) and a breeze to add to your home network and add to Alexa's skills. You can control it manually from the switch itself or with Alexa, turning it on or off, and dimming it to whatever level you like. Good purchase. Five stars.

Just received my smart switch! Super excited to give this thing a try! Installation appears to be fairly simple (although I’m going to leave that to the boyfriend lol!) The hardest part will be deciding which lights to use it on! I guess I’m going to need to order some more!

This switch is an awesome upgrade to our bathroom lighting. We had two switches in the bathroom that controlled the lights and other controlled the fan vent. I was able to swap out the light switch with this Saudio switch with ease! This switch did not have the wires attached to the switch which eliminated the need for those twist connectors. The WiFi logo light appears and I use the smartlife app to connect to Alexa our sweet my own timers using the app. The buttons are flush and doors but have a separate faceplate to allow moisture or dirt grease to build up on the switch from bathroom usage.

What a fantastic product. It was super easy to install without the need of an electrician. The instructions were clear and i know exactly how to get this installed within minutes. What i love the most is the integration with Smart Life which i can hook it into Alexa devices to use voice remote. I have many other devices installed on SmartLife and they work wonderfully. This is the most important when it comes to third party devices compatibility. I only look for things that uses SmartLife for integration when searching for third party devices.

I almost returned this when I read the instructions for installation because I am older and a bit tech challenged but I followed the instructions and it works as advertised. It excites my grandkids and works the way it’s advertised so I give it 5 stars but I could have made it through life without all of the smart devices. If you can’t then I recommend this it’s a good price (I shopped) and it works perfectly

Doesn’t work at all. Doubled checked every wire, every connection. Even wired another switch in just to test the light. That one works perfectly. This one won’t turn it on at all. I am sad. I have too much time into this. I’m going to go have a beer.

I chose this light switch because it offers dimming and smart functionality. I give it 5 stars because it was easy to install, is very easy to use and looks aesthetically pleasing. It has a glass finish and does not require a plate cover. It cannot be used on a dual light switch, however if thats not a deal breaker then get this switch it is awesome.
