This is easy to use and makes very good hot chocolate. I have ordered several of these and will continue to do so. It dissolves easily and makes a good 8 ounce cup.

The box says 8 oz. of water. Reduce it to 6 oz. Add a tsp of creamer if you want. Add it to coffee. Shake the k-cup as directed. Maybe the dried milk settles. Don't know. Great price!

Just Okay. Not the worst - Not the best. The chocolate doesn't stay mixed well, solids will fall out of solution if isn't constantly stirred. Flavor is also just okay. Much more of a watery cup of hot chocolate. I think the mix should have more milk powder. Definitely need to add creamer.
