Egyptian style Molokhia soup recipe and preparation: Ingredients: - One pack 100 gm of Al Doha Dry Mallow - 10 crushed garlic cloves - 2 cups of chicken broth / equivalent chicken bullion cubes - 1 tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon ground coriander - ½ teaspoon of salt and then add to taste (If you use bullion cubes, they may already be salty enough) Preparation: - Bring 2 cups of chicken broth to a boil. - Low the fire and start adding Al Doha Mulukhiyah gradually with flipping until you reach the required thickness. - Let the pot simmer (not boil) for about 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. - In a small pan, heat up the butter or vegetable oil on low heat and add the crushed garlic and the coriander then sauté while stirring frequently until it becomes golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic. - Add the garlic to the Molokhia and let the pot simmer again for 2 minutes.
