Easy to install. Worked right out of the box. Had a full charge. I'm happy.

I bought this battery pack for my C720-2802 Acer chromebook after the original factory battery was completely unable to hold a charge. The initial charge capacity for this battery was less than the factory original, but it worked well enough at first. However, the maximum amount of charge soon began to decline week by week. Now after 6 months of usage, I unplug the charger to be warned that the battery is at 100% charge and has only about 5 minutes of energy, making it essentially useless.Due to how rapidly its performance deteriorated, I would not purchase this again or recommend it to anyone.

Ok but battery life is 2-3 hours ,web browsing and a few YouTube videos.

This battery fit perfect in my chromebook and was easy to install. I don't feel that the battery life is quite as long as the original battery was but it's not bad. I use mine most of the day and then just plug it in at night and it's fine.

This battery lasted 6 months.

The battery only lasted 4 months and had to be replaced.

For a few months it was fine then suddenly it won't charge - says 100% then in minutes is at 4%. I just keep it plugged in all the time now so works fine like that just can't go anywhere with it.
