The only cat toy I have for the kitten that he will ALWAYS leap, pounce, and hunt for. Seriously, the others he does put some effort, but the sheer height and chase just for this one amazes me. Unfortunately, it is a bit fragile on the feathers end. I try not to stick to just one toy to play with him but really did not last long. Makes him happy though so I bought a few more. Really did wish they had the head replacements but it is what it is. Packaging and shipping were fine.

My high energy cat loves his new wand toy. I am guessing because as you swing it, it actually flutters like a real bird. He can play 30-40 minutes with this toy and it keeps his attention the whole time. This is a win also because it is sturdy.

If I could give this 100 stars, I would. This is the only toy that my cat will consistently play with. For whatever reason, she's super picky but this one never fails. I've bought 3 of them now. The feathers do fall out, but for under $5? I'm not complaining.

My cat is LITERALLY SO obsessed with this thing anytime anybody touches it (or doesn’t for that matter) she immediately runs to come play with it. She even plays with this on her own, but the quality is fine I think my kitty is just aggressive. Shes had this for 5 days and I already had to buy a new one

Writing on behalf of my owner: I like this toy. It’s light and soft. I suggest meowing and sitting next to this toy until your owner gets the hint and takes time to play with you. I know my owner is holding this toy but once she starts fluttering this around me, my eyes focus only on the blue feathers and I become a wild predator.Tell your owner to buy some tissue paper from the dollar store and lay it down on some carpet. It’s fun to paw tap on some crinkly tissue paper. This toy sometimes hides under the tissue paper and then it becomes your mission to search and destroy.

The plastic itself is sturdy and feels well put together, but whatever attaches the two pieces together didn't hold for more than a couple of days. I can probably fix this, but I shouldn't have to if the item is designed and assembled correctly. Yes, it's cheap, but I wouldn't mind paying a little more for something that lasts more than a week. This seems to be a recent issue; others I've purchased in the past held up way better for way longer.Feathers eventually wear out too but such is the nature of cat toys. I have no problems with that.

Cat LOVES it. And because rescue Norwegian Forest Cat Wiley loves it - I love it. Now I need a CLONE of me to play with her around the clock!!! This wand replaces one I had prior that would "collaspe" that was a gift and I searched a long time. I have not had it long enough to test Durability or Sturdiness (but did copious research prior and tubing et al is thick and seems tough (background in arts/plastics) Time will tell.That said the Price Point super inexpensive so will buy more when need be!!! I may replace the metal ball hook ups or put away when I am not home for safety reasons...............................................Metal connecting thing NOT an issue (others had mentioned this) AND so far my TOUGH viscious cat has not torn it up!!! So far no issues re quality!

We bought one of these 3 years ago when my cat was a kitten and he loved it so much I've bought two more since. It's tiny. Not really meant for full-size cats, I don't think, but he *loves* it. As a kitten he would take the little fuzz ball off and cuddle with it. Our bunny also likes the fuzz ball - he seems to like to groom it?? Because it's so small, our cat actually likes to play fetch with the whole thing. After chasing it around a bit he waits for us to throw it and it's easy enough for him to retrieve.

The Frisky Flyer Feather Wand is absolutely no doubt about it my cats favourite toy ever - my only wish is that i could buy replacement heads without getting the wand each time to reduce waste and have it be a little cheaper. Its pretty durable but for how insane my cat is when he sees it, it still gets wrecked after a few weeks, I can't leave it out with him.
